1. When does the sale start?
The Black Friday Sale begins Monday, 24 November at 9:00 AM AEDT.

2. How do I get the 24-hour early access discount code?
You’ll receive your exclusive VIP code via email on Sunday, 23 November at 8:00 AM AEDT. Simply apply it at checkout to unlock 24-hour early access.

3. What is the discount?
We’re offering our biggest sale yet — 30% off all full-price styles (excludes accessories).
Plus, we’re gifting our Eloise Diamante Slouch Bag or Marnie Textured Pu Bag (valued at $69.95) free with orders over $200. Exclusive and limited quantities available.

Your free gift will automatically appear once your cart reaches $200. Simply select your preferred bag and colour. If no selection is made, a style and colour will be chosen at random while stocks last.

4. Do I need to enter a code at checkout?
For the 24-hour VIP Early Access, yes — you’ll need to apply your VIP code at checkout.
From November 25 onwards, the 30% off discount will apply automatically (no code required).

5. What styles are included?
The offer applies to full-price styles only. Outlet and sale items are excluded from this promotion.

6. How long will the VIP early access sale run for?
The early access sale will run for 24 hours starting November 24 at 9:00 AM AEDT.

7. What is your sale return policy?
Full-price items purchased with a discount applied are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Read our full return policy [here].

8. Can I use other discount codes during Black Friday?
No. Other discount codes cannot be used during the Black Friday sale period. Only your VIP Early Access code or the automatic discount will apply.

9. Are you going to be restocking?
No. We will not be restocking during the Black Friday period — what you see online is what’s available. It’s first in, best dressed.

10. How fast will my order be dispatched?
Due to high demand, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped via email.
