Gift With Purchase

Customers who spend $200 AUD or more in a single transaction during the promotional period will automatically receive a complimentary gift, subject to stock availability.

• Available in Black, Gold, and Silver.
• Customers may select their preferred colour at checkout.
• If a colour is not selected, one will be chosen at random.

Please note: If an order that qualified for a Gift With Purchase is returned for a refund, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from the total refund amount. GWP items are not eligible for exchange or separate return.

If multiple gift tiers sell out during the promotion, Pilgrim reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal value or end the offer early without prior notice. Gifts are available while stocks last and one per order only.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are subject to our standard returns policy.
Eligible items purchased with a promotional discount are valid for exchange, credit note, or refund of the same value.

Online Return Fees

• Return postage: $14.99
• Restocking fee: $2.00 (waived for faulty or incorrect items)
• Store credit return cost: $14.99
• Exchange return cost: $14.99
