Our Response to COVID-19

To our Pilgrim Community,

2020 has been a crazy year to say the least. Firstly, we wanted to reach out and say thank you for all of your support during this time when Pilgrim & the world needs it most. At this point in time our Online and Myer stores will remain open and our teams look forward to assisting you.

The health & well-being of our employees, and you our customer is our number one priority. We have been closely following the advice of the government and medical professionals as to the best steps to take. We are taking large measures to ensure strict cleaning and hygiene practices. From the 16th of March, all of our HQ staff have been working remotely from home. Although we still have our wonderful e-commerce team ensuring all your orders are packed with love in the cleanest and most sterile of conditions.


Online Orders

Orders are continuing to be sent out! During this time all of your orders will be shipped on the same business day as they were placed to ensure you get yours in record time. We understand more people will be staying at home than visiting in-store, so we have decided to implement a few more things to make life that bit more easier for you.

  • We now offer FREE RETURNS when you purchase through PayPal at our online checkout. To read more on this visit our returns page.
  • We have lowered the minimum spend for FREE SHIPPING to $75.00.
  • Returns are being accepted for up to 14 days after you received your package.

Please rest assured that you will receive your package in a clean, sterile condition. Our e-commerce team are taking exceptional care in ensuring your package is packed and sent in the cleanest of conditions.


We have had CLEAR discussions with ALL of our courier companies. Every package you receive will no longer require a signature and has been given authority to leave at your chosen address. Ensuring a contactless and clean hand-over. As well as you our customer who receives the parcel, delivery drivers are among some of the most exposed workers and face a great risk as they go about their daily jobs. We have to do our best to keep EVERYONE safe.

International Delays: Due to airline suspensions, there will be major delays to international parcels. When placing an order from outside of Australia, please take this into consideration.


Myer Concession Stores

Due to the progression of the COVID-19 outbreak and the recent advice of the government and medical professionals, the decision has been made to close all of our Myer concession stores as of the 29th of March until further notice.


Doing our bit for the wider community

We take our hats off to our essential services. Our Nurses, Doctors, Health Care Workers, Teachers AND everyone else putting their health at risk to help others. From now, until whenever is required, we will be donating a facial mask for every order we receive to someone in need. To hospitals running low, to the homeless, to the sick individuals that need them most.

We will begin distributing these masks as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. To keep up with our effort in this area ensure you are following us on social media. All you need to do to help us in this campaign is make a purchase with us, big or small. This helps us keep our staff and their families afloat and get more masks out to those in need.
